Herms Building Management and Maintenance Co., Ltd. (HERMS) was founded in 1991 and is dedicated to providing a superior level of facilities management services to customers. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, we have built significant trust and satisfaction amongst our precious clientele. HERMS has nearly 350 employees and our services primarily include Facilities Management, Commercial Cleaning, and Building Inspections.
